Isleworth Promenade

Improvements made to this formerly run down promenade include removing unwelcoming scrub which collected litter and deterred visitors. Attractive new benches have been installed to help visitors enjoy the wonderful panoramic views of the Thames and the Richmond Half Lock. Street lighting and litter bins have also been upgraded. Works have been carried out on trees along the promenade including crown lifting and the selective removal of self seeded trees. Volunteers will be planting groundcover planting along the Promenade in the winter of 2006.
